New dry bulk terminal for Guaymas
Guaymas Port Authority in Mexico has issued a new tender for the construction and operation of a dry bulk terminal.
An earlier tender was declared deserted after no bidder was able to meet even minimum terms and conditions.
The terminal will occupy an area of 10,000 square metres, but will not be equipped with its own berthing line.
The movement of bulks to and from berths two and five will therefore have to be undertaken by companies approved by the Port authority.
