Cavotec celebrates European opening
John Polatz, investor relations director with New Zealand-headquartered Cavotec MSL, believes the newly-signed contract with Denmarks Nordic Ferry Services will prove vital to sales of its vacuum mooring units in Europe.
“It’s our first true order in Scandinavia … it’s the first major order since the two companies joined together,” he said.
“It puts us on the map in another part of the world where there’s a lot of ferry and other types of port and container traffic.”
