Generation 6
The Port of Genoa will soon be receiving its first Generation 6 mobile harbour crane (MHC) from Konecranes.
The Gottwald MHC has been ordered by Gruppo Spinelli, to support its growing container handling business and will provide additional capacity as volumes surpass 500,000 TEU per annum, while also delivering both operating and overall energy effi ciencies. Delivery of the new generation unit is due in December 2022.
