CM Labs Simulations has acquired GlobalSim to expand its training simulation capabilities and strengthen its global port training and workforce development offering.

The acquisition brings together two simulation-based training leaders with a shared mission to improve operator productivity, safety and readiness across port operations worldwide.

Combined force

By combining GlobalSim’s deep market knowledge with CM Labs technology and expertise, customers gain access to a comprehensive suite of next-generation solutions that support port training objectives, enhance training simulation outcomes, and reduce overall training costs.

The acquisition also broadens CM Labs’ US presence through GlobalSim’s Salt Lake City, Utah, location, adding manufacturing resources to better serve and support clients.

This expanded footprint underlines a commitment to excellence while enabling scalable delivery models aligned with port digitalisation and the evolving needs of modern port operations.
