New Phoenix LED floodlight
Phoenix Products Company has launched its latest innovation in LED floodlight technology – the SturdiLED™ Series.
The company says that this latest product provides a multitude of benefits for terminal operators including significant maintenance reduction, energy savings, and instant-on lighting to reduce downtime at terminals.
“We have analysed the most demanding environments in the world and designed the SturdiLED to meet the challenges that these fixtures encounter,” said, Yazi Fletcher, chief technical officer, Phoenix.
The mid-level floodlight is available from 18W to 37W and can replace anything up to 100W HID floodlights.
The two optical packages, 28° and 45°, accommodate a variety of applications including gantry lights, maintenance platforms, straddle carriers, and various other demanding terminal applications.
The SturdiLED utilises a replaceable, impact-resistant, and UV-stable lens, as well as a conformal coated circuit board and fully potted driver.
A Deutsch connector is also offered on DC models for ease of installation and it comes with a AC or DC driver with multiple output options ranging from 1600 to 2900 lumens.
Phoenix products utilise marine-grade die cast aluminium housing with a powder coat finish for additional protection against corrosion and the rugged shock mount base delivers durability that promises to stand up to even the harshest applications.
