Port efficiency forum
Morocco will play host to its first its first port efficiency forum this year helping terminal operators to evaluate recent developments and enter into debate on how to make the industry smarter, safer and more sustainable.
All ports and terminals are constantly having to achieve better productivity and revenue, channel new growth engines, reduce costs and achieve heightened efficiency and sustainability.
This forum aims to provide a platform for operators to learn about new developments and operational solutions, identify risks and meet potential business partners.
On the agenda is measuring and evaluating port performance and productivity, building sustainability into port development plans and building economic benefits from pollution reduction and environmental concerns.
Confirmed speakers include Hicham El Alami, APM Terminals – Port Tangier Med and Jorge Martin Diaz de Espada, Noatum Ports and Maritime.
Port Efficiency Forum Morocco 2015 runs from 25 to 26 February in Casablanca.
