Wärtsilä addresses market demands with new CPP

Wärtsilä introduced its latest Controllable Pitch (CP) propeller system at the 2014 SMM Exhibition last week, which it says addresses the demands of medium and large sized vessel owners.

Based on the previously known E-hub type, the new system is said to offer greater efficiency and a reduced environmental impact
