Four Thai state enterprises, including the Port Authority of Thailand, will raise as much as Baht100bn ($3.2bn) in new capital through infrastructure funds, according to the State Enterprise Policy Office (Sepo).

The capital increase for the four agencies is to finance construction of public infrastructure.

The Port Authority of Thailand is expected to raise Baht30bn.

Formal filings are expected to be submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission in the next several weeks with a public offering set for mid-2013.
