MADAGASCAR GOES FOR PPP

Madagascar has hired the International Finance Corporation (IFC) to advise on the structuring and implementation of a PPP for the container terminal of the countrys largest port, Toamasina.The port handles 1.5m tons a year including around 92,000 TEUs.
