The Philadelphia Regional Port Authority (PRPA) is in the throes of swapping maritime land known as the Pier 98 Annex to the SYSCO Corporation, a domestic food distribution company. The Long Beach Board of Harbour Commissioners has adopted a $450.8m budget for the 2005 fiscal year beginning October 1.
