VENEZUELA AND CUBA IN PORT JV
Venezuelas Ministry of Infrastructure has been instructed to set up a joint company with Cuba, which will be known as Bolivariana de Puertos (BPSA), to modernise, rehabilitate, equip and build ports in both countries. Equity will be divided 51%:49% in favour of Venezuela.
