Puerto Lirquén pursues share issue
Chilean port operator Puerto de Lirquén is seeking permission to issue shares worth $86m.
The funds are needed to boost the equity of subsidiary Puerto Central, which has been set up to operate the Costanera-Espigón container terminal at the port of San Antonio.
