During the 2013 GreenPort Congress it was clearly identified that to achieve an environmentally responsible port sector, port users need to communicate more. This aim of this year’s congress is to open up the routes for discussion and enable better communication. Our first session discussing customers, users and stakeholder’s perceptions of green ports will aim to do just that.
