TOC Asia 2009 – Shenzhen
Following its successful 2008 event in Shanghai, where over 800 key executives attended, TOC Asia is returning to China for 2009. Over 70 companies will be presenting their latest developments during the three-day exhibition.
Exhibitors include Liebherr who will be launching the new LHM 120 to complete its LHM lightweight range of mobile harbour cranes; Conductix-Wampfler will present new technology to convert RTGs from diesel power to electric, combating the ever-increasing threat of climate change. Tecsis has opened new markets for measuring and sensor technologies with its innovative solutions for force, pressure and temperature measurements. Weyenberg Group is launching its Patton & Cooke products which address the increasing demand of RTG electric conversions. KabelSchlepp’s most recent development, the Rail Cable Carrier system, designed to help minimise time in emergency scenarios and significantly lowers wear. Gottwald Port Technology is introducing its Mobile Harbour Cranes, which tackle the problem of cargo handling in river ports and Gottwald will present its range of floating cranes, automated guided vehicles and wide span gantries. A new series of free educational workshops will run on all three days of TOC Asia: designed to help operators define, evaluate and benchmark the process automation roadmap for their own operations. Several workshops will run on the exhibitor floor on Tuesday and Wednesday, featuring presentations from leading industry suppliers.
