Mumbai to host 2nd GreenPort South Asia Conference

Following a very successful first event held in Mumbai in March 2013, the 2nd GreenPort South Asia Conference will again be held in Mumbai, India on 26-27 February 2014.

The first conference saw more than 110 delegates from global ports, terminal operators, shipping lines, consultants, industry organisations, consultants, manufacturers and suppliers in attendance. As Jamie Simpson, Vice President of ICF GHK International Consultants commented “The Conference provided a good platform to increase awareness of Green Port issues and options for managing the challenges of greening the supply chain.” In order to ensure the Conference continues to deliver content pertinent to the region it serves, an Advisory Board has now been formed and members confirmed so far include:
