Congestion surcharges applied at Jawaharlal Nehru
Several shipping lines have applied congestion surcharges for containers passing through Jawaharlal Nehru Port, although the Port Trust and container train operators deny accusations of congestion. An additional $60 per teu is now being levied by lines such as Maersk.
