Carbon insetting drives port decarbonisation

DP World has launched a carbon insetting scheme at Southampton, enabling customers to reduce port emissions within green supply chains using verified carbon insets. 

The initiative, introduced by DP World at its Southampton terminal in April 2026, converts operational emissions reductions into tradable certificates.
