In a significant step for green maritime fuel, St1 and St1 Biokraft have, for the first time, delivered their own Swedish-produced liquefied biomethane (LBG) to the maritime sector

The bunkering operation took place at quay 519 in the Port of Gothenburg, where Terntank’s vessel Tern Ocean was successfully refuelled.

This pilot delivery marks the companies’ entry into the maritime fuel market, with ambitions to become large-scale suppliers of LBG.
