Klaipėda accelerates clean transport shift

Klaipėda Port has opened Lithuania’s first green hydrogen production and refuelling station, supporting the development of low emission transport and sustainable port infrastructure.

The new facility will supply hydrogen for passenger vehicles, heavy-duty transport, ships and port operations, strengthening the role of alternative fuels in Lithuania’s energy transition.
