A new LPS 420 portal crane has taken up duty at Nuh Çimento’s private port in Hereke, Turkey, marking a significant upgrade for one of the country’s busiest cement exporters

The fully electric crane is already handling high volumes of clinker and cement, a demanding workload that previously fell to the company’s long-serving LPS 400 installed in 1999.

The new crane has clear performance advantages – smoother slewing thanks to a closed hydraulic circuit, tighter control via the Litronic system and lower energy consumption through its electric drive.
