ELIRE Maritime has completed a UK-backed programme validating its grid-independent hydrogen power hub designed to accelerate port electrification and vessel charging without major shore-side upgrades

Developed through the UKRI-funded Clean Maritime Demonstrator Competition Round 6 programme, the Hydrogen Power Hub integrates hydrogen, battery storage and fuel cell technologies into a modular floating platform capable of delivering clean power directly to vessels at berth.
