The first conference of its kind in North America will provide attendees with two days of environmental presentations, networking and discussion. Conference sessions will cover climate change and it relates to port and shipping operations, the importance of building networks and links with the local community, measuring of air quality and improving water quality.
Ports and industry operators and suppliers will share real case studies to how they have environmentally improved their own operations.
Delegates will also be able to network with fellow industry members during the scheduled networking lunches and breaks plus at the networking Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner. The conference concludes on Friday May 18th with a choice of tours to view first-hand the green credentials of the host port, Helen Delich Bentley Port of Baltimore.
