In 2025 the Conference Dinner was hosted by Transport Malta
Delegates joined us for 3 courses in Taste History. On arrival guests were welcomed with a glass of prosecco followed by flowing wine and water served throughout the experience. The menu was thematic and historical with chefs providing a bespoke menu as researched by their curatorial team.
