The innovative M660 is a self-contained lantern for buoys and minor beacons with an up to four nautical mile range.

M660 complements the existing M550 and M800 series and is the next generation version of M650H, taking this lantern to a greater performance and solar energy collection. M660 incorporates a 2.3W, 12V solar panel with high-efficiency solar cells in a diameter of 160mm and Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) for optimal energy collection.

It can be programmed and controlled with Bluetooth Control in addition to programming with an optional wireless IR-programmer. The lantern has a Li-ion battery with a life expectancy of up to eight years.

M660 also drives efficiency in stocking and shipping due to its low but very durable profile and light weight. This compact but effective lantern has four different mounting options – two pole mounting varieties and two bolt installation options.

It has been a successful year for Sabik with the firm supplying lighting for a number of ports.

Carmanah lanterns have a long illustrious track record in Singapore. The Maritime & Port Authority (MPA) has chosen Carmanah for its near shore 3NM aids to navigations.

Sabik 5-tier LED 350H lighting is also installed at a historical port in New Zealand where lantern visibility is up to an impressive 36 NM.

The company has also delivered LED lights as safety aids to the Archangelsk port in Russia.
