Harry Conway

Mr. Harry Conway currently serves as Liberia’s Alternate Permanent Representative to the International Maritime Organization, London United Kingdom. He is also Vice Chair for the Marine Environment Protection Committee of the IMO. He has served as participant/panel discussant at numeral conferences and meetings both within the outside the maritime sphere. Mr. Conway is one of the key drafters of the 2050 Africa Integrated Maritime Strategy (AIMS2050) of the African Union.

Mr. Conway has more than 10 years of professional experience in the maritime sector and holds an MBA from the Hanze University of Applied Sciences, the Netherlands and MA (with Distinction) from the University of Greenwich, United Kingdom.
