EOIs invited for Sierra Leone operation

As part of the National Commission for Privatisation (NCP) programme of port reform, the government of Sierra Leone has invited expressions of interest for a concession to run the Queen Elizabeth II quay at the Container Terminal of Sierra Leone, plus further interest is invited for bulk and breakbulk stevedoring licences at the port.
