Botany extends hours

Heavy truck congestion at Port Botany has prompted P& OTrans Australia to further extend its operating hours. POTA says it isup to road transport operators to make use of its 24-hour weekdayoperating hours.

It says significant costs for exporters would arise if large containerships drop the port.
