Haifa hangs on SPARCS

Israels largest container handling port, Haifa is to replace its existing terminal operating system the Navis Sparcs N4 operating system. The system promises improved customer support, increased stacking yard capacity and greater control over resources.

However, the Dubai government has confirmed that port operator DP World and its debt will not be included in the overall financial restructuring of its parent company.
