Adani challenges JNPT bid ban

Adani Enterprises, which has been forbidden to bid for the fourth container terminal at JNPT, has sought to overturn the ruling in the courts.

Four other bidders have been approved. Adani was similarly barred from the recent Vizag tender process.

The fourth terminal will require investment of $1.45bn.
