Environmental consultancy acquisition
Stormwater Italia has completed the process of acquiring the Italian based engineering consultancy, Envicon (Environmental Consulting).
Envicon is a company with noteworthy experience and competence in the field of environmental consultancy, as well as in the management of the engineering aspect in projects.
Stormwater Italia said it acquired the consultancy in order to enhance its portfolio for clients.
A spokesperson said: “We were confronted by the always pressing market’s demand to offer not only stormwater treatment systems but also integrated solutions developed joining together consultancy and cutting-edge and up-to-date solutions.
“Hence the decision to create SWiGroup that is created from the union of Stormwater Italia’s professionalism and knowledge with Envicon.”
The spokesperson pointed out that thanks to the acquisition, the company will now be to offer services more efficient and specific environmental services going forward.
