Above inflation tariff hikes for South African ports

South Africas National Ports Regulator has been asked to increase tariffs by inflation +3% for three years as of 2014-2015.

The request has come from Transnet National Ports Authority.

However, concerns have been raised over increasingly inflated prices charged by the state in ports.
