Bribery rampant in Ghanas ports
Ghanas Minister of Ports, Harbours and Railways has conceded that there is massive bribery, pilfering and corruption in the local ports industry.
Vehicles imported into the country, for example, have a nasty habit of disappearing even under the watch of security personnel.
He promised to tackle this problem, but said it simply would not go away.
