ASEAN defined

The Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) is a regional community of ten nations in Southeast Asia (Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam) that aims to accelerate economic growth and social progress.

The project will have a total investment of $200m with the Vietnamese side contributing 80% and the Lao side, 20%.
