Bromma maps productivity drop-offs

The Roadmap application maps the 10 most frequent fault areas that have affected the fleet’s performance. It also provides guidance for restructuring spreader maintenance in a way that will address this. Interestingly, the application came about through collaborating with a major European terminal and helped it lift its spreader performance by around 400%.

Another of these applications, the Fleet Doctor, provides continuous monitoring of the spreader fleets operating functions (such as expand/retract and twistlock functions) in order to detect and identify performance issues, flagging up when performance drops off.

The application also provides very specific diagnosis of the source of faults when spreader downtime occurs, mapping past fault areas as a guide to identifying “risk areas”. The information is able to be accessed by everything from PC to iPad to mobile phone.
