Hauliers fined in Barcelona

Road haulage organisations Transcont and ALTC have been issued with fines of ¢ 7.3m ($11.6m) and ¢ 7.6m ($12.1m) respectively by Spains competition authority for restrictive practices involving operations in the container terminals at the port of Barcelona.
