Hamilton inland port

An independent inland port and commercial hub operation serving the Auckland, Bay of Plenty and Waikato “golden triangle” has been proposed by Tainui Group Holdings.

Planned later this decade, the 500-hectare development would connect into the East Coast Main Trunk Line and Hamilton Eastern Expressway.
