Supporting the evolution of high-power charging

The MCS Manual Dispenser, geared towards ports, transportation, construction and mining, delivers up to 4.5 MW of charging power, efficiently powering electric heavy-duty vehicles, construction machinery, e-trucks and vessels.

Ultra-fast charging

Because the new solution delivers up to 4.5 MW (1500V DC / 3000A), it works to minimise downtime and enhance operational efficiency, including for e-ferries and port equipment.

The MCS Manual Dispenser offers customers flexibility in connecting the charging system, enabling operators to work within a wide range of configurations for varied applications.

It has an integrated cooling system ensuring efficient operation at high power levels with dedicated cooling for the cable and connector.

The dispenser’s ergonomic design features a cable management system and intuitive grip for easy manual connection and it complies with all high voltage charging standards.

Thanks to the success of what it calls its ’change programs’, Cavotec said it has been able to enhance its focus on product development and thus increase its competitiveness.
