ABP Digital Drive

Major UK ports group, Associated British Ports (ABP), has launched a new company-wide initiative to digitalise asset management across its network of 21 ports. The GBP£1.5 million (US$1.8 million) investment follows a successful pilot trial of the new technology. Working in conjunction with Mainsaver and Spidex, in-depth tests confirmed the practicalities of implementing and allocating work in a digital manner. Both companies will continue to work with ABP on the project.
