Mexico''s Transport and Communications Secretariat has issued two tenders worth $62.7m in respect of port terminal modernisation at Mazatlán and Guaymas. The former consists of a multi-purpose facility requiring investment of $23.5m, while the latter is to invest $39.2m in a projected container terminal.
