Titan LNG fueller

The Titan LNG Flex-Fueler is said to be the first LNG bunkering pontoon in North West Europe, its aim is to ensure the safe delivery of LNG and has been designed to be extremely flexible.

It can accommodate for the supply of inland waterway vessels from a fixed location as well as larger sea-going vessels. It aims to safely supply the fuel when cargo is being loaded or unloaded.

Due to its low operational costs and capital expenditure requirements, the Titan LNG Flex-Fueler is expected to be more economical than the traditional LNG bunker barge delivery.

Titan is hoping to duplicate the current model for various regions and ports, the company believes there is a strong appetite for it in the market.

With every port being unique, the pontoon must have the requirement to function at an optimal level of sheltered waters as it will need to be quickly and safely manoeuvrable.

Continuing its research and working with several industry stakeholders, including multiple ports, Titan is looking to further develop the design and classification so it can be rolled out at several future hubs.

The official launch of the Titan LNG Flex-Fueler bunkering pontoon is in the first quarter of 2018.
