Liebherr continues Yemen relationship
Liebherr Container Cranes recently secured an order for the supply of two ship-to-shore units to DP World Aden, Yemen. This is the second recent order for Yemen: two cranes have just been delivered to the Port of Hodeidah.
The relationship between Aden and Yemen goes back a long way, since the company’s first STS delivery was back in 1993.
Liebherr also recently received an order to deliver three Rubber Tyre Gantry (RTG) cranes to Termont Montreal Inc in Canada. Due for delivery late in 2011, these cranes increase the number of Liebherr RTGs operating at the facility to eleven units.
