Liscont heads for Kalmar
Kalmar has won an order for three rubber-tyred gantry cranes from Liscont Operadores de Contentores, SA in Lisbon, Portugal. The equipment will be delivered during the first half of 2010.
Each RTG has a stacking capacity of one over five high, and will a fuel saving device installed. They each have an automatic steering using global positioning (GPS) and automatic container positioning system.
