Low emission engines for Kalmar
Kalmar products are to be fitted with the latest engines using Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) or Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) technology to deliver near-zero NOx and harmful particulate emissions.
This change complies with the EU Stage IIIB and US EPA Tier 4i emission regulations which govern all off-road equipment powered by engines of 130kW and above.
Manufacturer Cargotec has carefully planned ahead to ensure a smooth transition across the entire range of products that will be affected by the new legislation.
