Software gives more port detail
Anyone searching the new version of the AXSTanker suite database can find out about a port’s vessel draft and beam restrictions – as opposed to just using Panamax or Suezmax vessel size search strings.
There is a new attach file capability on the system as well as an AIS data, sourced from Vesseltracker, map and history access capability. Equally as important, details can now be uploaded via the AXS Support system and can be exported in PDF, text or Word formats.
New filter tools (widgets) have been installed at the new login page that will enable users to retrieve data in any pre-defined way such as in tabular, graph or trend format. The plan is to refine this aspect to allow clients to use their own dashboard to search for specific information.
Users can also search Ice Class and IMO I and II fields and distance table data has been updated. Side bar technology also means enhanced page launching capability.
