The Proposal is now expected to be withdrawn altogether. Cadiz Bay Port Authority is to invest ¢70m in the 2006-2009 period as part of its recently published strategic plan. The main projects involve extensions of the Marques de Comillas and Reina Sofia quays in Cadiz Harbour.
