Dragados-SPL refinances
Dragados-SPL, which belongs to the Spanish construction and services group ACS, has agreed a syndicated loan of ¢ 280m to refinance some existing debts and also to fund new investment.
Involved in the syndicate are Banco Sabadell, Barclays Capital, BNP Paribas, Fortis Bank, HSBC Bank, Santander and Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking, although a total of 22 financial institutions participated in the operation.
The loan, which needs to be repaid within five years, has a variable interest rate pegged to Euribor.
