Sines LNG terminal from January

The first LNG tanker called at Galpenergias € 250m LNG terminal in the port of Sines as part of a test run prior to full commissioning of the facility as from January.

However, KPA is seeking proposals from private sector companies wishing to invest in port facilities as a means of ensuring that infrastructure work can be implemented as soon as possible.

The terminal can store up to 400,000 cbm of LNG and receive tankers of 165,000 cbm capacity.
