The Italian job

Kalmar has acquired an 80% share of two Italian service companies, CVS Technoports and CVS Service from the CVS Ferrari Group, who will retain 20%. The companies will work under the name Officine Cargotec Ferrari and will focus on developing the service offering towards container and material handling customers in Italy.
