Georgia turns to RTG greening
Georgia Ports Authority is investing in green on-dock technology with the approved purchase of four electric-powered rubber-tyred gantry cranes.
The initial $1m investment will be followed by a fleet-wide retrofitting programme that will bring the total number of electrified RTGs to 169 by 2022.
