Man killed at Tauranga

It is understood the 49-year-old father was run over by a grader while doing roading works for a port contractor.

Police were called to the scene about midday and Mr Crosa was pronounced dead.

The Department of Labour is investigating and the matter has been referred to the coroner.

It is the third fatality at the port within the past 15 months.
